Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Clay County, South Dakota. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. You will marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; prepare the mise en place before each service. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure We offer $4,700 per month plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off.
