Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Gwoza

We are recruiting: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Gwoza, Borno State. Day-to-day duties: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. We offer ₦9,000 per day plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
