What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Able to read and match factory paint codes The role involves mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio.
