Now hiring: we are hiring a natural gas fitter in LaGrange County, Indiana. You will be based on residential and apartment building sites. Requirements: • Valid gas fitter's licence and Gas Safe (or local) registration • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion Day-to-day duties: • Locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser 2+ years on the tools preferred.
