Join our team: meat cutter (Massachusetts)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat cutter in Plymouth County, Massachusetts. You will be based at a wholesale meat market. Your main tasks: • Season and marinate meat on request • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $5,400 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
