Immediate opening: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Ughelli South, Delta State. The job is at an automotive body and exhaust shop. Day to day you will set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; read welding symbols and joint details off the fabrication drawing; select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding. You should have: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
