Immediate opening: bakery assistant (Louisiana)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Madison Parish, Louisiana. The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens 3+ years on the tools preferred.
