Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Crawford County, Indiana. You will work in a bread factory. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Day to day you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds.
