Urgent requirement: sausage maker (Idaho)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sausage maker in Washington County, Idaho. You will trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; season and marinate meat on request; vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders. You should have: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
