Requirements: • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing On the job you will handle: • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors 2+ years on the tools preferred.
