Requirements: • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day You will wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer; clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site.
