What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates On a typical shift you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift.
