Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On a typical shift you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks.
