Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in City of Franklin, Virginia. Your main tasks: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff 4+ years on the tools preferred.
