Great opportunity: we are hiring a fine-dining server in Shiawassee County, Michigan. Your main tasks: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Clear and reset tables between covers Requirements: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages 4+ years on the tools preferred.
