What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Willing to work shifts and overtime On a typical shift you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat.
