CO2 welder wanted in Washington County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Washington County, Minnesota. Day-to-day duties: • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration You should have: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test Full-time, day shift.
