Smash repairer wanted in Hamilton County

Join our team: we are hiring a smash repairer in Hamilton County, Iowa. On a typical shift you will buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair. Requirements: • Physically fit for lifting panels, bending and kneeling • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
