Great opportunity: we are hiring a chef de partie in Bullitt County, Kentucky. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. On a typical shift you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
