We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Bland County, Virginia. Your main tasks: • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
