Now hiring: we are hiring a chambermaid in Awgu, Enugu State. The job is in a guest house. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand, bend and lift through long shifts • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and correct dilution ratios • Basic English/Hindi to read room status and checklists The role involves: • Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors and dust every surface in the room • Strip and make beds with fresh linen and tight hospital corners • Log lost-and-found items and hand them to the supervisor • Report maintenance faults — leaking taps, blown bulbs, faulty AC — to engineering • Service 14-16 rooms per shift to the floor checklist • Replenish amenities — soap, shampoo, towels, tea/coffee tray and toilet rolls Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
