Domestic gas engineer — Bullock County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a domestic gas engineer in Bullock County, Alabama. You will be based in customers' homes and kitchens. Day-to-day duties: • Install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves Ideal candidate: • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
