Join our team: we are hiring a surface coating operator in Roanoke County, Virginia. The role involves cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape. Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens 5+ years on the tools preferred.
