Stainless steel welder — Delaware County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Delaware County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Day to day you will tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Share your details and we will call you back.
