Now hiring: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Hancock County, Indiana. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg On a typical shift you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Share your details and we will call you back.
