Concrete labourer • Gentry County, Missouri

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Gentry County, Missouri. You will be based at a precast concrete yard. Requirements: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods Day-to-day duties: • Set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing 5+ years on the tools preferred.
