Plant operator • Rockingham County, Virginia

Immediate opening: we are hiring a plant operator in Rockingham County, Virginia. You will work at a landfill site. The role involves stockpile and spread material to the required levels; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely. Ideal candidate: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $3,000 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
