Immediate opening: horticulturist (Michigan)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a horticulturist in Iron County, Michigan. Day to day you will lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn; maintain compost heaps and the potting shed; sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades; apply fertiliser, compost and mulch to beds. What we are looking for: • Able to safely operate mowers, strimmers and hedge trimmers • Pesticide spraying certificate (PA1/PA6) an advantage Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
