Great opportunity: we are hiring a collision repair technician in Bates County, Missouri. On a typical shift you will treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; replace damaged doors, wings, bonnets and bumpers; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place. Requirements: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
