Gas commissioning technician — Akoko North East

We are recruiting: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Akoko North East, Ondo State. The job is at a busy gas installation company. Day-to-day duties: • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation • Braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints Ideal candidate: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
