Urgent requirement: we are hiring a reinforcement fitter in Brass, Bayelsa State. The job is at a high-rise construction project. Requirements: • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations You will lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat; read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules.
