Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. The role involves keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts 2+ years on the tools preferred.
