Maintenance painter • Merthyr Tydfil County Borough, Wales

Vacancy available: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Merthyr Tydfil County Borough, Wales. The job is on a residential building site. On a typical shift you will strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns; fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; measure up and work out paint and material quantities. What we are looking for: • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately We offer £3,100 per month plus benefits.
