Day-to-day duties: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Rotating shifts.
