Vacancy available: we are hiring a trowel-trade bricklayer in Gregg County, Texas. You should have: • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) On the job you will handle: • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints Rotating shifts.
