Rebar foreman wanted in Crawford County

Day-to-day duties: • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover Ideal candidate: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
