Gas commissioning technician • Logan County, Colorado

Now hiring: we are hiring a gas commissioning technician in Logan County, Colorado. The job is in a gas distribution network. Day to day you will set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray; braze copper gas lines and weld carbon-steel pipe joints; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Driving licence for travel between sites • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders 6+ years on the tools preferred.
