Great opportunity: we are hiring a refrigeration technician in Nacogdoches County, Texas. You will work at a food processing plant. Requirements: • Able to braze copper and silver-solder joints • Valid driving licence for field call-outs • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold On the job you will handle: • Charge systems with refrigerant (R134a, R410a, R404a) to the correct weight • Service split AC units and VRF systems • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil • Read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges • Check superheat and subcooling and trim the charge Six days a week, one day off.
