HGV driver — Robertson County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a HGV driver in Robertson County, Kentucky. You will be based at a busy distribution depot. Requirements: • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules Day to day you will plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules; keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load; top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops; check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits; couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock; reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays.
