Great opportunity: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Slope County, North Dakota. The role involves tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise. Requirements: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
