Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Udung Uko, Akwa Ibom State. Requirements: • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking You will cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN); read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
