Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in De Baca County, New Mexico. You will be based at a cake shop. The role involves load and unload the deck oven with a peel; score the top of loaves before baking; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker We offer $4,900 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts.
