Join our team: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Jefferson County, Alabama. You will be based on a metro and tunnel project. You will seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement. You should have: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level Performance bonus on top of base pay.
