Great opportunity: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Sunflower County, Mississippi. You should have: • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances • Sound knowledge of shielding gases and tungsten selection On a typical shift you will feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job.
