Brickwork mason wanted in Presidio County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Presidio County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge You should have: • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
