Brick and block layer — Akoko North East

Immediate opening: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Akoko North East, Ondo State. The job is at a groundworks and structures site. Ideal candidate: • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) Day to day you will raking out and tooling the joints to a struck or bucket-handle finish; spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel; installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays; mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
