Aluminium door and window fabricator — Potiskum

Immediate opening: we are hiring an aluminium door and window fabricator in Potiskum, Yobe State. The role involves de-burr, clean and protect anodised or powder-coated surfaces; crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine; read fabrication drawings and take site measurements for windows and doors; fix handles, hinges, friction stays, locks and multipoint hardware; drill, tap and rivet sections and fix with self-drilling screws; anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners. Ideal candidate: • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • Knowledge of standard sliding, casement and openable sections 3+ years on the tools preferred.
