Concrete shuttering carpenter wanted in Nicholas County

Join our team: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Nicholas County, Kentucky. You will work on a residential tower site. You should have: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules • Knows de-shuttering times and concrete curing Day to day you will set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking; fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured; assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN). At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
