Great opportunity: we are hiring a mason's helper in Lane County, Oregon. You will work with a civil contractor. Day to day you will stack and store materials safely to avoid wastage; erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up; dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns. What we are looking for: • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
