Gas service engineer • Ibeju Lekki, Lagos State

Join our team: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Ibeju Lekki, Lagos State. You will work in a gas distribution network. The role involves fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; locate and repair gas leaks and replace corroded pipe sections; fit flexible connection hoses and bayonet fittings to the appliances; thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant; carry out tightness (pressure) tests with a manometer and lock off the supply. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders • Competent in pipe threading, brazing and PE electrofusion • Clean, methodical and safety-conscious Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
